Jose Alexander Sanchez, age 72 of Albion passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at his home. He was born October 8, 1945 in Wauseon, Ohio the son of Emanuel and Ambrosia Sanchez. He married Rosie Sanchez on August 25, 1979 and she preceded him in death on July 26, 2017 after almost 38 loving years of marriage.
Jose thoroughly enjoyed his family; they were everything to him. He also loved farming, gardening, softball, bowling, fishing, playing bass and drums and played in a band. He was a well-loved man, affectionately known to...

Jose Alexander Sanchez, age 72 of Albion passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at his home. He was born October 8, 1945 in Wauseon, Ohio the son of Emanuel and Ambrosia Sanchez. He married Rosie Sanchez on August 25, 1979 and she preceded him in death on July 26, 2017 after almost 38 loving years of marriage.
Jose thoroughly enjoyed his family; they were everything to him. He also loved farming, gardening, softball, bowling, fishing, playing bass and drums and played in a band. He was a well-loved man, affectionately known to most as "Little Joe". He was kind, humble and generous and would give anyone the shirt off his back. He also loved wearing black and loved his hats. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Leaving to cherish his memory are Daughters: Tina (Sanchez) and Chris Nicolai, Rebecca and Luis Sanchez, Veronica (Sanchez) and Michael Jeffers, Toni Perez and Nick Keski, Hope Sanchez, Desiree (Sanchez) and Derrick Jarvis, Tricia Sanchez; son: Joseph Perez; Grandchildren: Damian Swegles, Briana Ramirez, Selina Riegle, Schuyler Jeffers, Isabella Jeffers, Logan Jeffers, Alexandria Trumbell, Case Miller, Anthony Jarvis, Gavin Jarvis, Jaime Cano, Courtney Perez, Joey Summerfield, Cody Eastman; Great-grandchildren: Amara Riegle, Saleese Riegle, Lyric Goodrich, Abbie Marion, DJ Swegles, Josiah Swegles, Mia Swegles; Brothers: Lupe (Marta) Sanchez, John (Juanita) Sanchez, Ernie Talamantez; Sister: Cruz Garza and many extended family members and friends.
According to Jose's wishes, cremation has taken place and his family will celebrate his life at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
